Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your PhotoMix account and associated user content from the app or by email.

How To Request Deletion

• In the app: open Profile > Request Account Deletion.
• By email: contact support@photomix.app with the subject "PhotoMix account deletion request".

What To Include

Please include the email address used for your PhotoMix account. We may ask for confirmation before deleting account data to protect against unauthorized deletion requests.

What We Delete

After verifying the request, we delete or anonymize account data and associated user content, including profile records, generated work references, uploaded media references, and app activity tied to the account where deletion is technically and legally permitted.

What May Be Retained

Some billing, fraud prevention, security, tax, accounting, dispute, or legal compliance records may be retained for the minimum period required. Retained records are limited to what is necessary for those purposes.

Processing Time

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within a reasonable support window and complete verified deletion requests unless retention is required for the reasons listed above.
