What To Include

Account issueAccount email and a short description of what happened.
Billing issueInvoice ID or top-up package, payment status, and approximate payment time.
Generation issueGeneration ID, model name, approximate time, and any visible error text.
Upload issueFile type, file size, and whether the upload was an image or video.

Billing

Credit top-ups are processed through Plisio hosted crypto checkout. Credits are added after payment confirmation. If a payment is pending or expired, open Profile > Refresh billing in the app.

Uploads

The Android MVP supports image uploads up to 20 MB and video uploads up to 30 MB / 10 seconds. Supported video formats are MP4, MOV, and WEBM.

Account Deletion

Users can request deletion in the app from Profile > Request Account Deletion, or from the Account deletion page.
